Quality Policy

Heritage Masonry is committed to the highest standard of quality. We have put in place an elevated expectation with emphasis on building excellence through teamwork, attention to detail, superior service, and continuous improvement. Our minimum standard is to meet the expectations of our most discerning client. When we restore a stone building, we also take care to analyze the original materials used. We use materials that are true to the original build, which brings longevity to our work.

Health & Safety Policy

Health & safety is an integral part of Heritage Masonry’s values. In every project we undertake, we adhere to workplace safety practices outlined by WorkSafe BC. Our team holds safety certifications appropriate for every project. Working together, staff and external partners will significantly and measurably reduce the impact and illness to continuously enhance a safe, healthy, and caring work environment.

As a process of continual improvement and healthy work practices, the Heritage team participate as a group in bi-annual injury prevention training to ensure that the industry and trade is not too hard on our bodies and spirits.

Inclusive & Safe Workplace

Heritage Masonry promotes an inclusive, safe, and healthy work environment. We do not condone any acts of discrimination, harassment, and/or bullying. We strive to strengthen and uplift our colleagues, clients, and employees through individual action and company policy.

Environmental Policy

Heritage Masonry acknowledges that our business activities can have a significant influence on the environment. We will exercise careful and considered stewardship to minimise the impact of our business actions on the ability of current and future generations to enjoy our natural world. Our business will continually be accountable and committed to environmental, social and economic sustainability.
